We want you to love your Consistens purchase. If you’re not satisfied, this Return and Refund Policy explains how to return items and request refunds. This policy complies with Shopify and Google Merchant Center requirements and applies to purchases in the United States and Europe (France, Germany, Spain, England, Netherlands).

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery (extended to 45 days during November 15 - December 31 for holiday purchases).

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with tags attached (if applicable).

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, items marked "final sale."

We provide a prepaid return label for US orders; EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
