At Consistens, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping processes for customers in the United States and Europe (France, Germany, Spain, England, Netherlands). Please review before placing an order.
  1. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US and EU holidays).
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
    • United States:
      • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (USPS, FedEx).
      • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (UPS, DHL).
    • Europe (France, Germany, Spain, England, Netherlands):
      • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (local postal services, DHL).
      • Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (UPS, FedEx).
    • Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen events.
  3. Shipping Costs
    • US: Free standard shipping on orders over $75; otherwise, $5.99 flat rate. Expedited shipping: $15.99.
    • Europe: Free standard shipping on orders over €100; otherwise, €9.99 flat rate. Expedited shipping: €19.99.
    • Prices are in USD for the US and EUR for Europe. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for EU shipments and are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Shipping Destinations
    • We ship to the United States and select European countries (France, Germany, Spain, England, Netherlands). Contact us at wolfagencia.ltda@gmail.com for other regions.
  5. Order Tracking
    • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order at consistens.com/track-order (#).
  6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wolfagencia.ltda@gmail.com with your order number and photos of damage (if applicable). We’ll resolve it promptly.
  7. International Shipping Notes
    • EU customers may incur import duties or taxes, which vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees. Check local regulations.
    • Shipping times may extend due to customs clearance.
